Thank you so much for the most wonderful event you hosted for us on Wednesday.

Being from Japan, the Wagyu Association has an extremely high standards and expectations on everything; however they were exceptionally complimentary on the venue, the operation and particularly on the staff. The Association members all expressed how they felt welcomed and valued by Excellis, as well as commenting on how exceptionally hard working every single member were. They repeatedly told us how impressed and satisfied they were with the outcomes, and how the evening surpassed their expectations.

As for us Claritas, we can confidently say that the event would have had a very different outcome if it was not for Excellis. We were asked to organise the Wagyu event in Brussels with only a few weeks to go, and the schedule was very tight. The caliber of the guests we managed to attract was 100% down to Excellis, and it was the guests who set the tone for the evening. We owe this all to Pascale, who provided us with an exceptional guest list.

I was not sure what to expect from Excellis at the beginning as I am used to working with hotels, and for a while I was very worried with the preparation and operation. Tomas however was amazing at assuring me all was under control, and on the day, he was a Superman trouble-shooting everything. Seiji, our director, commented: "It's so rare to work with someone like him", which truly is a compliment as he has worked with many well-established event halls and hotels over the past 30 years.

Please thank all the supporting staff, waiters and waitresses, every single one of them were focused on the job and I could tell that they wanted to do a good job, again something that is rare to see. Amongst many other things I must apologise for the fiasco caused by the printing- I misunderstood the availability of the printing facility. Had I known I would have made an alternative arrangement, but again you guys swooped in and fixed the problem for us. Please pass on my gratitude to the loveliest lady at the reception desk who was so selflessly helpful.

Also the dashing young man in a bow tie, I did not catch his name but he was whizzing around helping us all the entire evening. Lastly, a special thank you to José for making us feel warm and welcome, I felt I was in a safe hand from the day I visited the venue for the recce.

I hope we will have many more opportunities for future collaborations, thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for hosting the event and for everything you have done for us.
